Playstation 3 not updating games

The PSX was released in eight retail configurations during its lifespan; the 5000 series (with an embossed logo on top and grey stripe at the back) shipped with 160 GB Hard disk drives, while the 7000 series (with a colored logo on top and black stripe at the back) contained 250 GB drives.

Software updates were made available by disc and download.

Sony recently indicated that they plan to make changes to their Play Station Plus subscription service, which currently offers up two PS3 games-a-month for free download.

Hot fixes are not permanent -- they are temporarily stored in memory during the game session and lost upon exiting Borderlands 2.

To ensure that you receive hot fixes, make sure that your system is connected to the internet when Borderlands 2 boots up.

The PSX is a Sony digital video recorder with a fully integrated Play Station 2 video game console.
